Seasonal Rates

2008 Seasonal Information
Season is from May 1 thru October 15
Seasonal Rates are for metered sites only.	Payment Plans:
$1225.00 Plus electrical meter usage	Full amount paid by May1st.
$1250.00 Plus electrical meter usage Lots 21-30	$625.00; $637.50 or $687.50 by May 1st and August 1st.
$1350.00 Plus electrical meter usage - Sewer hook-up	$257.50; $262.50 or $282.50 per month thru Sept. 1st.
	$25 discount if site paid in full by January 31st
Note: The above rates are based on camping only, by a family of 2 adults and 2 school children thru age 17, and not full time occupancy. We have a different program for full time occupancy.
A Honey Wagon service, $120.00 for the season or $10.00 each time your unit is pumped, is provided. Pumping is scheduled for Monday, except Holiday weekends. Non-scheduled pumps or clog removal is extra.

Reservations for Seasonal Sites:  Reservations must be made by September 1st and requires a non refundable deposit of $100.00, to be applied to your seasonal rate.  Sites not reserved by close of business September 1st will be considered available to contract out for next season.  Items can not be stored on sites not reserved.  It is your responsibility to contact us with your first payment no later than May 1st or forfeit your deposit and site.

SIGNED CAMPING AGREEMENTS ARE REQUIRED WITH DEPOSIT
